(About Us)

Three trades, one firm — building and upgrading Eastern Ontario's commercial and institutional buildings.

Our story

Arrow is a multi-trade commercial contractor with three self-performed divisions under one roof: General Contracting, Electrical, and Mechanical.

Established in early 2013 as a full-service plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general contracting company, Arrow has grown into an integrated construction firm delivering projects for federal departments, school boards, housing providers, and commercial clients across Eastern Ontario.

Today we tender and self-perform public- and private-sector work across the region — federal facilities, schools, community housing, and commercial buildings, often in occupied spaces where schedule certainty and disciplined execution are non-negotiable.

We regularly bid public-sector work, and our integrated trade structure means owners and consultants get a single point of accountability for the work that most often drives a building's schedule and risk profile.

How we work

Four habits that have outlasted every market cycle we've been through.

  • 01Walk the jobEvery PM walks every active site weekly. No exceptions, no delegating.
  • 02Price what we drawIf our number changes mid-project, it's a real reason — not estimating slack we built in.
  • 03Self-perform what mattersWe hold the trades that drive the schedule in-house, so coordination risk lives with us — not with the owner.
  • 04Document everythingPublic-sector clients audit our work. We build the paper trail to the same standard, every job.
